US sailor from minesweeping ship headed for Strait of Hormuz sidelined by monkey attack, officials say 

A US Navy sailor, who was set for minesweeping duties in the Strait of Hormuz, had to be left behind after he was attacked by a monkey while ashore in Thailand, officials said.
