"And it reflected how profoundly Mr. Trump had crippled his once vaunted governing trifecta, now all but paralyzed by his whipsawing demands and pronouncements."Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) commented on the moment."It’s utterly amazing," Schumer said.
