I made fun of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) yesterday on Rising after listening to her get tripped up when discussing U.S. Taiwan policy at the Munich Security Conference, but her remarks on that topic were brilliant and statesmanlike compared to what she had to say about South America! Can AOC even find the continent on a map? After listening to her say this, I'm doubtful.
