Democratic strategists view him as a target-rich subject for undermining GOP opponents, with his television celebrity status and extensive controversy providing ammunition in key districts. Democratic strategist Matt Corridoni noted Hegseth has "pushed it into hyper politics," making him increasingly useful as a political foil. "The more Hegseth puts himself out there, the more he does the work for us," he told Politico. Campaign planners expect Democratic candidates to intensify criticism as the five-month-long war against Iran continues, citing Hegseth's role as a vocal proponent. Iraq war veteran Cait Conley, running for New York's 17th District, described Hegseth as unqualified and incompetent. Trump attacks Supreme Court's 'negative rulings' in Truth Social rant

President Donald Trump expressed fury at the Supreme Court on Wednesday via Truth Social."Does anybody have any idea how much Money and Prestige the United States Supreme Court has cost our Nation with their negative Rulings on Birthright Citizenship and TARIFFS? The answer, TRILLIONS AND TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS! President," Trump accused the justices. His criticism comes as his attorneys seek to overturn an $83.3 million defamation judgment in favor of E. Jean Carroll, a columnist who accused the president of sexual assault in the 1990s. The Supreme Court has been blocking key Trump policies. In February, it ruled 6-3 and reiterated presidents cannot impose tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Then, in June, it ruled 6-3, blocking his executive order ending birthright citizenship.The Supreme Court determined the policy change violated the 14th Amendment, which guarantees citizenship to those born on U.S. soil regardless of parental immigration status.Watch the video below. Katie, a former Trump administration official whose husband Stephen Miller serves as White House Deputy Chief of Staff, has called for Fauci's imprisonment and rejected his federal pardon. However, Fauci's diary entries revealed he provided extensive personal medical support to Miller during 2020, including guidance during her pregnancy, her husband's COVID-19 diagnosis, and a newborn health scare, NOTUS reported. "She is very anxious about getting very ill since she is 10 weeks pregnant. Tonight she had an anxiety reaction. I calmed her over the phone," Dr. Anthony Fauci wrote. "katie Miller is great (tough, smart,but great),” he logged. "Am on phone frequently with katie and Stephen."He also documented frequent phone calls checking on her well-being. When confronted with this evidence, Katie claimed the relationship was purely professional and that she deliberately cultivated friendliness to manage Fauci strategically.
