CNN, MS NOW and Politico said they were turned away from the White House Thursday, despite a court order hours earlier that temporarily restored their access.
U.S. District Judge Tim Kelly found that the revocation of the White House credentials of the journalists “likely violated their constitutional due process rights.”
The outlets sued the Trump Administration over the ban earlier this week, arguing it is a “direct assault” on the First Amendment.
