CNN, MS NOW and Politico reporters have now been allowed back at the White House after a judge blocked President Trump’s ban. All three outlets had been turned away earlier in the day despite a judge’s order that the White House temporarily reinstate their access.

District Judge Tim Kelly said the three outlets should have their access immediately restored from the ban the president had announced on Sept. 18.

President Donald Trump has been ordered to restore White House access for journalists from CNN, MS NOW and Politico, with a federal judge ruling early Thursday morning the three media outlets must be "immediately" granted necessary permissions.
Judge Timothy J. Kelly had worked as counsel for Senator Charles E. Grassley, who called him a “very talented attorney” in 2017.
Reporters for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico said they were still being denied White House access after the ruling.
