Former GOP campaign consultant Rick Wilson has delivered a scathing critique of Rep. Kevin Kiley's (CA) decision to leave the Republican Party and re-register as an independent, dismissing it as transparent political calculation rather than an act of genuine principle.In a blistering Substack post, Wilson argued that Kiley's departure is motivated by desperation to save his seat following unfavorable California redistricting, not conscience.
