Summary
MAGA Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) predicted that "more changes" are coming to the Trump administration during a new interview on CNN. Kennedy joined CNN's Kasie Hunt on "The Arena" on Tuesday, where the two discussed the recent departure of Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer following allegations of impropriety by DeRemer and her husband. DeRemer is the third cabinet secretary to leave the Trump administration this year. The other two are former Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.Kennedy told Hunt that DeRemer's departure is unlikely to be the last. "In terms of the Labor Secretary, I think what she did was wise. I think she read the room. I think she should go home and have a very serious conversation with her husband based on the reporting that I've seen," Kennedy said of DeRemer's decision to step down."Will there be others? I don't know. My guess is that after the midterms — win, lose, or draw — there will be some more changes," he added. But that's up to the president."
