Observers mocked a lawyer's threat to "kill" his client during a deposition that was picked up on a hot mic on Thursday. On Wednesday, Leslie Wexner was deposed by the House Oversight Committee over his ties to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. A video of the nearly five-hour deposition was released on Thursday, and it included a moment where Wexner's lawyer leaned over and threatened to kill him if he continued giving long-winded answers.
