Lindsey Graham (R-SC) — throwing a quick swipe.Trump was giving his tribute at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., when he went off script during the speech honoring the longtime lawmaker."Virtually everyone — Republican or Democrat — liked Lindsey," Trump said.
