GOP analyst incensed by Trump's 'vile' fundraising campaign: 'Hard to put into words'

Summary
A former GOP lawmaker became incensed on Sunday while discussing President Donald Trump's latest "vile" fundraising campaign.Over the weekend, Trump sent a fundraising email to his supporters that included a photo of him in a white USA hat from the dignified transfer of the fallen soldiers who died during Iran's retaliatory attack on the U.S. embassy in Kuwait. Denver Riggleman, a former Republican lawmaker, told MS NOW's Alex Witt on Sunday that the photo of Trump at the event was "vile" because he was using the deaths of American soldiers to raise money for his political campaign. Riggleman said the email made him "angry on a level that's very difficult ... to contain.""It's idiotic," Riggleman said. "I don't think the American language is expansive enough to say how vile it is. First of all, a fundraising email or digital ad that's put out with him at a dignified transfer, using the deaths of my brothers and sisters in arms, is something to raise money on. It's vile.""I don't know if it's senility or not caring about the American public," he added. "But somebody who not only puts that out as a fundraising email — it's almost as if the American public is to the point that maybe we do have a three-year-old with a loaded bazooka and a loaded diaper in charge of the United States military. It's out of control."
