A woman accused of being a Chinese foreign agent and spying on the relative of a Taiwanese government official was arrested on Sunday at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Wanying Zhang, 34, also known as “Heather,” documented trips to Paris and outings with friends on her Facebook profile.
